Your account

You sign in with your email address or a Google or Apple account. Keep access to that inbox or account safe — anyone who has it can get into your Qeelo. You need to be at least 13 to use Qeelo.

Your content stays yours

Everything you dump in, and every Qeelo made from it, belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it into a plan, and show it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share a link with.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get 14 days with everything switched on, no card needed to start. After that Qeelo is $9.99 a month or $100 a year, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. Prices can change, and we'll give you notice before a change reaches your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for how to request one.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated serious misuse of the service.

Fair use

Don't use Qeelo to break the law, to store other people's personal information without their say-so, or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

What Qeelo isn't

Qeelo helps you organise a day. It isn't a professional, medical, financial, or legal service, and its timings and reminders are suggestions rather than guarantees. Notifications depend on your device and browser, so don't rely on Qeelo as your only alarm for something that truly can't be missed.

Availability

We work to keep Qeelo running and improving, but the service is provided as is. Parts of it may change or pause while we make it better.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings. We may close an account that's being used to harm the service or other people, and we'll explain why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nehemaya Technologies Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using Qeelo, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
