Privacy notice
Qeelo is made by Nehemaya Technologies Ltd. This page explains what we hold and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@getqeelo.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in without a password.
- What you dump in, and the Qeelos and day plans made from it.
- Any commitments you add and any times you pin.
- A place name and coordinates when you tag a Qeelo with a location, and your device location only while location nudges are switched on.
- A push subscription if you turn notifications on.
- Basic usage events, so we can see which parts of Qeelo actually help.
- Your order and subscription details, held by Paddle.com — card details never reach us.
Who we are, legally
Nehemaya Technologies Ltd is the data controller for the information described here — we decide what's collected and why.
Why we're allowed to hold it
- To give you the service you asked for — your account, dumps, Qeelos, plans and shared links. That's performance of our contract with you.
- Location, notifications and any marketing email rest on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.
- Keeping Qeelo secure and working, and understanding which parts help, is our legitimate interest, balanced against your privacy.
- Tax and accounting records tied to a purchase are a legal obligation.
How your dumps are processed
When you sort a dump, the text is sent to an AI model that turns it into tasks with rough timings, then returns them to you. It's used for that request only — not to train models, and not shared with anyone else.
Sharing
Nothing is public unless you make it so. A status link shows only whether you're busy or free within the window you choose. A delegated task link shows only that one task's title. Both can be stopped at any time from Qeelo, and both expire on the schedule you set.
Who else touches it
- Service providers who host the database, run sign-in, deliver notifications, look up place names, and measure product usage. They act on our instructions only.
- Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for selling Qeelo, managing subscriptions, taking payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
- Professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are outside your country. Where information leaves the UK or EEA we rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Keeping it safe
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the few people who need it, and every table is locked to its owner. Qeelo uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to measure product usage — you can clear them in your browser at any time.
How long we keep it
Your plans stay while your account is open, so you can look back at them. Delete your account from Settings and everything tied to it is removed, usually within a few minutes and at most within thirty days of backups rolling over.
Your choices
- Turn notifications and location nudges on or off in Settings.
- Stop any shared link at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, restrict how we use it, or object to it being used.
- Withdraw consent you've given, at any time.
- Delete your account, and everything with it.
- Complain to your local data protection authority if we get it wrong.
For any of these, write to hello@getqeelo.com and we'll sort it, normally within a month.
Children
Qeelo isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
